I haven't been posting anything for a while, ive been very busy at my new job, (woot) so most of the stuff im working on I cant show, so that leaves precious little time between projects to work on my own stuff. I knocked out this guy in a few hours after work.

obligatory Earth elemental

every game has to have some sort of rock Golem/earth elemental/giant, so here ya go! I have been clearing my computer of Sketches that I can color quickly and get rid of, so they will stop starring at me accusingly from my desktop while I peruse through reddit. Productivity from guilt! yay!

another Terra Nova Character archetype, hadn't done a female one yet. and if any body is interested, that right leg is totally a 90's Todd Mcfarlane Spawn leg. im bringing it back!

Ive recently gotten into a habit of listening to audio books as I work, and just got done with Dune. I had been avoiding reading it for years, since I had grown up with the film. Although it was interesting to see the direction David Lynch took the adaptation, the book is far more Entertaining. Starting on the Foundation series next....all 90+ hours of it :D

disgruntled loading dock worker... the harness around his neck is supposed to be a communications array, and well as supporting his massive tool belt. Even with this, I imagine him to be the type to still have his buttcrack hanging out while loading up a cargo ship:)

Drifter concepts

The Drifter is the main character in the Terra Nova project i've been working on. He is a Legionnaire deserter, who has been living off the hostile Terran landscape for years, mingling with the locales and wandering around aimlessly.... this is just some playing around trying to find some sort of iconic look for him, probably nowhere close to what he'll end up looking like... these are always so fun to do! :D
